Our company began in 1997 as a small family-run shop in Coquitlam providing the community with Asian
groceries and freshly made sushi lunches. We continued to expand our services to include schools, hospitals,
supermarkets, and franchises, but at the same time, we realized that there was a lack of high-quality shredded
imitation crabmeat available to the public. In 2008, we sought to fill this niche by producing our own shredded imitation
crabmeat, in addition to popular products from our Coquitlam days.
Our goal as a manufacturer has always been to provide customers with the best product at the best price. All imitation
crabmeat manufactured in our plant (federally licenced plant No: 6255) complies with the Canadian Food Inspection
Agency (CFIA) requirements which are enforced under the Safe Food for Canadian Regulation (SFCR) and the Food
and Drug Regulations according to the Food and Drug Act. In order to maintain the highest quality, our Research and
Development team is always hard at work sourcing ingredients, creating innovative flavours, and refining current
products with state-of-the-art techniques. Through our efforts, we have become a major supplier in the industry of
shredded imitation crabmeat, and we remain dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers in the years
to come.
